PVPC Reaffiliation

Each year, reaffiliation is required for every financial member of the Pine Valley Pistol Club.  Reaffiliation can now be done through the PVPC website.  Please go through the form below, filling out all the required fields about yourself and your firearms.  Once completed, the Secretary and Treasurer will be notified.

This form has changed recently to match the changes to the Club Support form requested by WAPOL and are listed below:

  • Phone Numbers
    • Ensure they’re 10 digits (that means include ’08’ for all local numbers)
  • Firearm Type
    • This does not mean the model of the firearm
    • Description will be written on your Serviceability Certificate.  The wording here is critical and can’t be incorrect.  Examples are below.
      • HANDGUN SELF LOADING
      • SHOTGUN SELF LOADING
      • LEVER ACTION RIFLE
  • Discipline
    • This has changed. Examples are:
      PRACTICAL PISTOL/SHOTGUN/RIFLE
      ICORE
      STEEL CHALLENGE

There are now a number of up to 4 sub-categories:

  • Sub Category 1: PRODUCTION, STANDARD, CLASSIC, OPEN
  • Sub Category 2: MAJOR, MINOR
  • Sub Category 3: OPTIC, IRON SIGHTS
  • Sub Category 4: PISTOL, REVOLVER, SHOTGUN, LEVER ACTION, BOLT ACTION

Most fields have suggestions for input to make it easier.
